My name is Bryan, and I am based in Raleigh North Carolina. This project started while my family and I were living in Denmark. I created Santa Ana to meet two goals: honor the hands that cultivate, and create something you can enjoy in the company of those that matter.

Along with that, I view coffee as more than just a beverage - it's a backdrop for some of life's best conversations. Whenever I enjoy coffee, it is with others. I hope you enjoy the coffee and share meaningful moments in good company.

The name comes from this idea that in hispanic culture we have saints for everything, as a way to show thanks to something greater and also as a way to get us through the hard times. And Ana happens to be my mother, who this is named after. I owe her, more than anything, my connection to the land and my culture. Gracias Mami <3
